The RB Fitness is also a good choice if you would like some cardio or aerobic workout. You can choose between 11 high-quality Life Fitness cardio machines. We are waiting those who would like to workout with 5 treadmills, 2 elliptical trainers, 2 stationary bikes and a stepper. What is more, if you are bored with monotony, there is are TV-s and earphones to make the training.
We are sure that you will also find the form of movement you like best.
The best thing for regeneration after a hard workout is to spend some time in a sauna. We have 2 Finnish saunas, 1 infrared sauna and a relaxation room where you can take a rest.
You can find the highest quality Life Fitness equipment in our gym. These machines are not only in the most professional gyms but also professional sports clubs uses them like Seattle Seahawks or the English football team Everton FC.
You can find strengthening, rotary, cable equipmentand a well-maintained barbell area. You can find any machines which are necessary for a good workout. We have many other tools for those who prefer the functional or self-weight training.

After a hard workout, you deserve some rest in our Sauna world.
A really nice atmosphere, 2 Finnish saunas and 1 infrared sauna are waiting our visitors who would like some rest and relaxation time. The usage of the saunas are included in the price of the season ticket because we think that people need to refresh themselves after a nice workout.
What is more, we organize regularly Sauna programs which are guided by Hungarian sauna champions (they are really the best in the country).
You can easily pay by credit card if you don’t like to carry cash.
We have a contract with all the three banks who gives out SZÉP card so we can accept the amounts from the free-time activity or hospitality package.
We should also mention the Erzsébet vouchers because you can also use them in our gym!
We offer 20 free parking spots in front of our gym for those who come by car.
If you came by bike we offer a bicycle storage with security camera control.
